Lynn student meeting the challenge at Malden CatholicColin Harvey, a Malden Catholic junior from Lynn, is a founding member and officer of the 30 Day Challenge Club, a club in which students participate in a new challenge for 30 days at a time that will help them learn new skills and enrich their lives.Some of the challenges undertaken this far include: push up, magic trick, new music appreciation and H2Only. The faculty adviser for the 30 Day Challenge Club is English teacher Alex Kissel.Harvey is a three-sport track athlete at MC and an SFX scholar, a program that recognizes academic talent of incoming freshmen and works to promote and further develop intellectual exploration and enrichment. He is a member of the short story club and quiz bowl team.
