LYNN – Police are asking the public for help identifying the person of interest in an armed robbery on Collins Street in January.The alleged robbery occurred at 47 Collins St. around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31. The photo was taken by a surveillance camera inside the building where the suspect allegedly robbed the victim of her pocketbook at gunpoint.Police are asking that anyone who recognizes the person in the photo to call the Lynn Police Department at 781-595-2000. Cell phone users may also text and cell phone users may also text an anonymous tip to the Lynn Police Department by texting the word tiplynn and the tip information to tip411 or 847411.
