Swampscott and Saugus residents join Moulton’s staffSwampscott resident and Massachusetts Nonprofit Network Chief Executive Officer Rick Jakious is U.S. Rep. Seth W. Moulton’s new district director, effective March 9. Jakious will oversee activities for Moulton in the 6th Congressional District’s 39 communities.”Rick brings considerable experience from the nonprofit and public sectors, and he is passionate about improving the lives of the families in the district he also calls home,” Moulton said.Saugus resident Jennifer Migliore worked on Moulton’s 2014 election campaign and will serve as district representative on his staff.Mass Network’s mission is to strengthen Massachusetts’ nearly 35,000 nonprofit organizations.
