Campaign kickoff was a laughing matterBrian LaPierre officially launched his campaign for councilor at large last Sunday with a combination campaign and comedy event at Hibernian Hall. Nationally acclaimed comedian Jimmy Tingle was the headliner and he kept the large crowd laughing. (By the looks of the accompanying photo, we’re guessing he had some fun with LaPierre’s ultra-patriotic tie!)
