BEVERLY – A Lynn woman was charged with her second drunk-driving offense after police said she drove her car completely inside a convenience store at a Beverly rest stop Sunday afternoon.Police said nobody was injured in the accident, although there were customers at the store.Patricia Miller, 55, of Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; operating under the influence of drugs; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest; destruction of property; and giving officers a false name / Social Security number when arrested.State Police said they responded to the Route 128 North rest area in Beverly at 2:55 p.m. Sunday on the report of a car that drove into the front of a convenience store. Photos from the scene show a bright red Chevrolet Cruze stopped with its rear bumper completely inside what had once been the front door of a Rapid Refill convenience store.Miller was taken to State Police barracks in Danvers where she was booked and held on $540 bail pending an arraignment in Salem District Court, according to police.
