His work ethic goes well beyond the scheduled work day. He is available 24/7 to answer questions and provide assistance,” said Public Works Superintendent Donald Goodwin.Argenzio’s colleagues nominated him for recognition and a review committee picked him to be honored. Four city employees are picked annually for “employee of the quarter” recognition. Argenzio, according to Mayor Daniel Rizzo’s office, has worked in a variety of different city jobs during his career and also worked with nonprofit organizations and community groups.Eastern Bank, Rotary Club donate to Saugus sportsEastern Bank recently made a donation to World Series Park for the 2015 season. Eastern Bank has been a supporter of the park since it was built in 2004. Its first donation was in 2004 for the park’s dedication monument. It has continued to support World Series Park for the 10 years it’s been in existence. Eastern Bank’s donations to many Saugus organizations and events are numerous and include supporting Special Olympics Day for the past nine years.Eastern Bank has three Saugus branches that provide full-service banking to the Saugus community. It has a total of 92 branches located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Ten percent of Eastern Bank’s profits are donated to the communities it serves in the form of financial support for various charitable organizations.Bob Davis of World Series Park said, “We very much appreciate the ongoing support of Eastern Bank over the years. They truly care about the Saugus community and show it by their generosity. They, along with the many Saugus businesses that have supported us over the years, make having a first-class baseball facility in town possible.”The Saugus Rotary Club recently made a donation to the new Saugus softball field being built at Belmonte Middle School.The Rotary Club has helped many town fundraising efforts, including supporting Special Olympics Day for the past nine years, supporting World Series Park for the past 10 years, awarding scholarships to local graduating students, sponsoring children for summer camps and donating to senior citizen groups, youth sports and many charitable groups.The Saugus Rotary Club is made up of Saugus people from all walks of life, including many Saugus businessmen and women who decided several years ago to come together to partner with and give back to the community by supporting its many organizations and causes.Donations for the new field are still being accepted and can be sent to Saugus Softball, P.O.
