After losing back-to-back games against Marblehead and Billerica, Beverly girls? lacrosse coach Alyson Healey was hoping that her Panthers would right the ship on Tuesday against Swampscott at Phillips Park.
Mission accomplished.
Elizabeth Musumeci?s two goals and two assists led four Panthers (7-2) who scored multiple goals in the 11-5 win over the Big Blue.
?It was nice to see us come back and play well,” Healey said. “The balanced scoring was also good. That?s how its been for us all season, a lot of different kids contributing each game.”
Megan Gavin, Grace Otterbein (two goals, assist each), Meghan Henrichon and Alicia Ceccini (two goals each) also contributed for Beverly.
Swampscott (3-6) got a hat trick from Priscilla Sullivan and single goals from Maggie DiGrande and Ellie White. Despite the loss, coach Ken Leeder was satisfied with his team?s performance.

Archbishop Williams 14, St. Mary?s 11
Maggie Flaherty scored eight goals in the Spartans? (3-7) loss. Kaylin Deschenes had two goals and Sophia Fuccione added one. St. Mary?s goalie Emma Harvey made 11 stops.
Peabody 17, Methuen 15
Sarah Napolitano?s nine-point game led the Tanners (4-4). Adriana Raneri (six points) and Lauren Wolfe (three points) contributed on offense while Amanda Bradley and Sarah Godschall were outstanding on defense for Peabody.
Salem 8, Revere 3
The Witches (4-1) got a hat trick from Emily Coelho and outstanding defense to dispatch the Patriots (1-4). Brianna Valido (two goals), Emily Lonergan, Marissa Romeo and Thalia Urena (one goal each) all contributed.
Sydney Rocheville made 10 stops for Salem in net while Nicole Sadoway scooped up 12 ground balls.
Gloucester 15, Winthrop 10
Gloucester (2-3) bolted out to a 15-3 lead at halftime and cruised against the Vikings (2-4). Maggie Destino (seven goals), Callie O?Leary (three goals) and Tess Destino (two goals) led Gloucester and Lily Kuhns making 22 stops in goal.
BOYS? LACROSSE
Lynnfield 6, Pentucket 5 (OT)
Jon Knee?s goal with 94 seconds left in overtime gave the Pioneers (4-5) a road victory against one of the Cape Ann League?s top teams.
?That was the spark that we needed,” Lynnfield coach Joe Papagni said of his team?s effort. “The kids played the way they?re capable of against a good team.”
Knee (two goals, two assists), Chad Martin (three goals), Alex Soden (goal), Pat Garrity and Jake Forgione (two assists each) led Lynnfield.
St. John?s (Shrewsbury) 8, St. John?s Prep 7
The Eagles (4-7) dominated the first three quarters en route to a 7-4 lead entering the fourth. But the Pioneers scored six unanswered goals in the final quarter.
K.J. Sarni (two goals), Hayden Rockett, Owen Rockett, P.J. Lombara, Jeff Cowles and Art Churchwell (one goal each) led St. John?s.
Peabody 19, Gloucester 7
Matt Pino scored six goals to lead the Tanners (6-5), who turned a 5-5 game in the first quarter into a blowout by outscoring Gloucester (4-5) 14-2 over the final three periods.Bobby Caproni (four goals), Josh Fiore (three goals, three assists), Zach Bille (three goals, two assists) and Tom Southern (two goals, four assists) contributed for Peabody.
