A flash mob – a group of people who gather in public to perform a brief, seemingly spontaneous act before quickly dispersing – organized by Swampscott residents Don Pinkerton and Martha Curry and their daughter Laura descended on King’s Beach Saturday morning to clean the beach. About 20 people joined in.
