REVERE – Witnesses say a fight erupted in the parking lot of the Revere Registry of Motor Vehicles last week after a teenager was upset she didn?t pass her driving test.The juvenile will be arraigned in court.Witnesses said an assault that began as verbal between a mother and her daughter became physical.?Six cruisers arrived on the scene,” according to reports.Tony Llama, RMV branch manager, said the dispute occurred outside of the RMV premises.?The fight occurred outside the branch in the parking lot, and witnesses went inside to ask management to call the police when the dispute escalated,” Llama said.Lt.
