Ryan Tran won the first singles? match, 6-3, 0-6, 6-4. The one win for English (3-9) came from Eddie Ayinla in second singles?, 6-3, 7-5. David Grujic won third singles, 6-4, 7-5.
In doubles? play, Josh Preciato and David Henao took the first match, 6-3, 6-4. The team of Naveed Jabbar and Nelson Ortiz took the second match, 6-2, 6-3.
?It was a very competitive match,” said Revere coach Michael Flynn, whose team improved to 6-9. “English has a really solid team.”
Austin Prep 5, Lynnfield 0
The Pioneers (2-10) played a competitive match, but were shut out by Austin Prep.
?We played well out there,” said Lynnfield coach Adam Milholland. “But they?re solid at all five positions, and they were a little too much today.”

Winthrop (6-7) got a singles? win from senior Sean Gillis, 5-7, 6-3, 6-2.

Lynnfield continued its strong play to improve to 15-0.
Sarah Mezini won the first singles? match, 6-1, 6-0. Izzy Figucia also won her singles? match, 6-1, 6-0, and Kelley Nevils won her singles? match, 6-0, 6-1.
The doubles? pairing of Katie Nevils and Olivia Skelley took the first match, 6-3, 6-1. Katie Nugent and Camie Foley won the second match, 6-0, 6-4.
