Electrical recently engaged ClickSafety, Inc., an online safety training provider, to help the electrical contracting company use technology based solutions in addition to its training structure.The program delivers extensive training courses on a variety of subjects, from electrical safety to dealing with hazardous materials. The program also lets employees track their results as they continue through the classes in addition to providing a useful tool for management.”Our new relationship with ClickSafety helped us make updates to our training program to optimize safety, enhance learning and increase productivity among our workers,” said Adam Palmer, project manager for J.M. Electrical electricians learn their skills at the NECA/IBEW joint training center. In addition, each electrician completes 10,000 hours of classroom and on-the-job training through the National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (NJATC).J.M.
