Northeastern Conference announces boys’ lacrosse all-stars

The Northeastern Conference announced its boys? lacrosse all-star teams with the major award winners dominated by Marblehead and Swampscott.
Magicians senior Brooks Tyrrell was named the NEC/North offensive player of the year while teammate Nathan Maselek was the defensive player of the year. In the NEC/South, Swampscott senior Devin Conroy was named top offensive player while teammate Tucker Merritt was the top defensive player.
Peabody?s Anthony O?Donnell was selected as the conference?s coach of the year after leading the Tanners to a 14-7 record.
NEC/North first team all-stars:
Attack: Clinton Cabral (Beverly), Winslow Lewis (Gloucester) and Josh Fiore (Peabody).
Midfield: Jordan Rawding (Beverly), Sam Abate (Beverly), Tyrrell (Marblehead), Matt Pino (Peabody) and Jason Erwin (Gloucester).
Defense: Bryan Flaherty (Beverly), Ridge Driscoll (Marblehead), Tim January (Peabody) and Jason Marshall (Peabody).
Goalie: James Curley (Danvers) and Maselek (Marblehead).
NEC/South first team all-stars:
Attack: Corey Wojewodzic (Lynn), Dan Brogan (Winthrop) and Andrew Dove (Swampscott).
Midfield: Eamon Williamson (Salem), Keenan Brown (Salem), Chris Sanderson (Saugus), Conroy (Swampscott) and Jason Dignan (Swampscott).
Defense: Rolando Recinos (Winthrop), Tucker Merritt (Swampscott), Brent Rubin (Salem) and Josh Merritt (Swampscott),
Goalie: Seattle Montalvo (Salem).NEC/North second team all-stars:
Attack: Trevor Chase (Danvers), Troy Fleming (Danvers), Tommy Donahue (Gloucester), Bobby Caproni (Peabody) and Reed Foster (Peabody).
Midfield: Ian Butler (Beverly), Cormac Flickinger (Gloucester), Manning Sears (Marblehead), Frank Falco (Peabody) and Zach Bille (Peabody).
Defense: Sam Traicoff (Beverly), Ryan Garrity (Beverly), Peter Wood (Gloucester), P.J. Roy (Marblehead), Donnie Shaw (Peabody), Pat McCarthy (Peabody).
Goalie: Matt Cloutman (Peabody).NEC/South second team all-stars:
Attack: Eli Spector (Salem), Kyle Doherty (Salem), Ron Jarosz (Saugus), Joe Russo (Saugus), Sebastian Camelo (Swampscott), Ryan McDermott (Swampscott), Jon Griffiths (Winthrop) and Eddie Sullivan (Revere).
