O’?Connor has been promoted to partner at Boston la?bor and employment law firm, Morgan Brown & Joy, LLP.O’Connor represents em??ployers in a variety of labor and employment matters. He represents both public and private sector clients in labor and employment litigation.His areas include employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour disputes, non-competition violations, trade secret misappropriation and unfair labor practice charges, as well as advising clients in non-litigation matters such as employee investigations and discipline, separation and severance agreements and collective bargaining negotiations.He earned his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2008 after having earned his degree in finance at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2004.
