Thanks to a big day from Dayshon Anderson and a solid pitching performance from Aeydan Leydon, the Lynn 14-year old Babe Ruth all-stars grabbed a win 9-2 at Twi Field in Danvers on Sunday in the District 1 tournament.Anderson reached base four times and had three RBIs, while Leydon pitched four innings. Anthony Nikolakakis also reached base four times, scoring twice, and knocking in a run. Jake Yanakakis reached base three times and had an RBI.Babe Ruth 14sSaugus 7, Peabody 6Saugus pulled out a nail-biter at Twi Field on Sunday after six strong innings from pitcher Todd Tringale.
