Krause presented Silver Beaver AwardAndrew S. Krause of Lynn was presented with the Silver Beaver Award by the Boy Scouts of America’s Yankee Clipper Council last month.The award is the highest bestowed upon a volunteer at the council level. Krause was one of four to receive the award in this, the final year of the Yankee Clipper Council’s existence. Beginning July 1, the council merged with one from Metropolitan Boston to form the Spirit of Adventure Council.Krause, 34, is among the youngest ever to receive the award.He is a graduate of St. Pius V grammar school, Malden Catholic High School and Salem State. He is also an Eagle Scout.He is the son of Steve and Linda Krause of Lynn.Lowe to lead NSCSRobin Lowe is the newest principal of North Shore Christian School, Lynn campus.”Robin brings to this position many years of educational leadership experience in Christian schools as well as classroom teaching experience,” said Susan Archer, development director. “Her philosophy of Christian educational leadership; her commitment to listening to colleagues and to parents alike, and her administrative gifts, position her to lead NSCS into the future.”Lowe earned a Bachelor’s in Human Development from Lesley College and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum Instruction and Educational Leadership from Gordon College.
