SAUGUS – A Saugus man was arraigned in Lynn District Court Wednesday on charges of secretly photographing and videotaping naked women.Konstantinos S. Vaitis, 42, of 16 Hanson Road, was released on personal recognizance and ordered by Judge Albert S. Conlon to stay away from any alleged victims. Vaitis is due back in court Sept. 23 for a second hearing.Vaitis allegedly videotaped unsuspecting females nude or partially nude while they were in his house, police said. His wife, from whom he is separated, reported the complaint to police, who, in turn, conducted an investigation after being granted a search warrant.She turned over a bag with several thumb drives, a compact disc and four computer towers to police.
