REVERE – Revere Police have captured a repeat sex offender who they say exposed himself to an elderly woman.Steven J. Flynn, 51, of 23 Floyd St., Apt. 2R, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness, subsequent offense, Wednesday at approximately 5:15 p.m. at the corner of Waite and Floyd streets.According to Chief Joseph Cafarelli, Flynn was lying on the ground at the intersection – exposing himself to an elderly citizen and masturbating.Flynn was arraigned in Chelsea District Court, with Judge Matthew Nestor ordering that he be held on $1,000 cash bail for this charge, and without bail for probation warrants in Roxbury and Boston Municipal Court for the same allegations.Flynn is scheduled to return to court Aug. 5 for a pretrial hearing.
