Lynn’s Gilbert new entry into Copley Society of ArtArtist and Lynn native Raymond Gilbert has been accepted into the Copley Society of Art, the oldest non-profit art association in the United States. Located on Boston’s Newbury Street, the Society throughout its history hosted exhibits featuring Picasso, Duchamp, Van Gogh and other masters. Gilbert will be showing at Gulu-Gulu Cafe in Salem in August with an artist reception scheduled for Aug. 13 at 8 p.m.
