LYNN – A District Court judge assigned $1,000 bail to a Lynn man who, according to a police report, asked an 11-year-old girl to come into his Curwin Circle home where he would pay her for sex.Andrew Lawson, 21, of 75 Curwin Circle, pleaded not guilty to child enticement, and Judge Ellen Flatley ordered him to return to court on Aug. 10.According to a police report filed in court, officers responded to a fight reported in the Curwin Circle housing complex on Thursday evening between Lawson and the girl’s father. The father told officers his daughter told him that Lawson “asked her to come over for sex.”Officer Ross Panacopoulos, in his report, said he spoke to the girl, who told him Lawson offered to pay her for oral sex.
