Pam Scangas was crowned as the overall champion for the third year in a row at the Ladies’ Senior Club Championship on Tuesday at Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead.
Scangas edged out Mary Rice by just one stroke and finished with a gross score of 92. Rice was the net winner with a score of 75.
It was a tight race for first place as Joan Whelan finished in third (94) and Sue Settelmeyer came in fourth (95). Darnell Vipperman finished fifth at 98 and Ducky Connolly and Karen Harvey tied for sixth at 103.
