SAUGUS – One of the two suspects charged in an alleged sexual assault recorded and distributed on Snapchat last September has had his bail revoked after he was seen, via pictures on social media, at Revere Beach, which is a violation of the terms of his agreement, said Essex District Attorney spokeswoman Carrie Kimball-Monahan Wednesday.Rashad Deihim, 19, of Saugus, was ordered to the Middleton House of Correction, Kimball-Monahan said, after evidence was presented to the district attorney?s office based on Instagram postings of him at Revere Beach, as well as other social media images. According to the terms of his bail agreement, he was ordered released to house arrest, save for any appointments he might have, she said.?He wasn?t home, the way he was supposed to be,” Kimball-Monahan said.Deihim and Kailyn Bonia, also of Saugus, were released on bail in late April. Both have been charged in the alleged assault, which included kidnapping, two counts of assault to rape, posing a child in a state of nudity and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. The charges stem from an incident on Sept. 3 in which Timothy Cychowski, also of Saugus, allegedly filmed Deihim and Bonia sexually assaulting an intoxicated 16-year-old girl and then allegedly distributed the videos via the mobile phone app Snapchat. The alleged victim has since submitted a letter saying the sex was consensual.
