All-Care VNA sponsors bereavement support groups

LYNN – All-Care VNA of Lynn is sponsoring a series of bereavement workshops.Here is the breakdown:Newly Bereaved Workshop – monthlyThis one-time workshop is an opportunity for participants to learn about common grief reactions, what to expect while grieving, the stress of grieving, the importance of sharing one’s experience and/or finding effective support, and ways to care for oneself during a difficult time.TIME: Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon; or Tuesdays, 4:30 to 6 p.m.Please contact the bereavement coordinator for specific dates and to register.LOCATION: All Care Center for Grief and Loss, 583 Chestnut St. Loss of Spouse/Partner Support Group – six weeksThis group is open to anyone in the community who has experienced the loss of a spouse or partner.
