Jason Fleury, charged in the murder of Jaimee Mendez of Swampscott, has waived extradition and is en route back to Massachusetts to face murder charges. He will be held overnight at the Massachusetts State Police Danvers Barracks and will be arraigned tomorrow morning in Salem Superior Court.Mendez was reported missing last November. Her body was found in late January.Fleury had been a person of interest in the case last November.
