SALEM — Jason J. Fleury, charged in the death of 25-year-old Jaimee Mendez, pleaded innocent today in Superior Court and will be held without bail at the Middleton House of Correction until a bail hearing Sept. 21.Fleury He faces a first-degree murder charge for allegedly killing Jaimee Mendez, whose remains were found Jan. 28 tangled up in lobster traps on King’s Beach in Swampscott on Jan. 28. She was last seen on lat Nov. 6.In court, Fleury spoke only to say he was not guilty.
