Julie Lombara, of Lynn, won the Women’s Golf Association of Massachusetts Senior Class D Championship this week. Lombara, representing Gannon Golf Club, shot a 99 at the Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, besting 13 other competitors. She shot a 50 on the first nine holes and followed with a 49 on the back nine. Lombara also tied for first in the Class D Championship on Aug. 19 at the Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, shooting a 94 in a field of 19 golfers.
