LYNNFIELD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:23 a.m. Saturday at 185 Lowell St. A caller reported their fence was damaged sometime last night.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 5:55 p.m. Friday on Canterbury Road; at 6:47 p.m. Friday at Lynnfield Commons at 375 North Broadway. A caller reported a large group of kids knocking on doors.


MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 12:37 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street; at 3:35 p.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Tedesco Street.

Complaints

A report of a tree branch down at 3:02 p.m. Sunday on Elm Street. A caller reported there was a tree branch hanging over the road; at 4:38 p.m. Sunday at Jersey Street and West Shore Drive.

A report of a tree down at 4:34 p.m. Sunday on Humphrey Street.

A report of destruction of ammo at 7:15 p.m. Sunday on Gerry Street. A man brought ammunition in for destruction. He had found the ammunition in the car of a voluntary repossession.


PEABODY

Arrests

Alanah Doherty, 21, of 7 Acorn Drive, Randolph, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250 and malicious destruction of property under $250 at 5:08 p.m. Sunday.

Ashley Nelson, 21, of 15 Bonney Lane, Mansfield, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250, possession of a burglarious instrument and malicious destruction of property over $250 at 5:08 p.m. Sunday.

Jennifer OConnor, 38, of 25 Wirling Drive, Beverly, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and following too close at 8:14 a.m. Monday.

Regina Rabb, 25, of 87 Harvard St., Brockton, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250 and malicious destruction of property under $250 at 5:08 p.m. Sunday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:42 p.m. Sunday at 103 Tremont St. and 67 Fulton St.; at 7:21 a.m. Monday at Red’s Kitchen and Tavern at 133 Newbury St. and 295 Forest St.; at 8:16 a.m. Monday at CVS at 85 Lynnfield St.; at 9:06 a.m. Monday at Starbucks at 240 Andover St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 11:40 a.m. Monday at Route 128 North and 208 Andover St.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 4:45 p.m. Sunday at Hannaford Plaza at 637 Lowell St.; at 6:42 p.m. Sunday at 49 Washington St.; at 9:04 p.m. Sunday at 10 Holten St.

A report of a large branch in the parking lot at 8:03 p.m. Sunday at Peabody District Court at 1 Lowell St. DPW was notified.

A report of an unwanted person at 8:49 p.m. Sunday at Spring Hill Suites at 43 Newbury St. A clerk reported a problem with two parties smoking marijuana in Room 301. The two parties were escorted out of the hotel for the night.

A report of ice on the road at 8:15 a.m. Monday at CVS at 85 Lynnfield St. A sander was requested.

A report of suspicious activity at 12:20 p.m. Monday at 54 Aberdeen Ave. A caller was riding his bike and discovered a device with a pin in it placed in a trash barrel. An officer requested a bomb dog to respond. Salem PD reported the dog would only find the device and would not be helpful. The officer made a phone call to the bomb squad. State Bomb Squad confiscated the device.

Fire

A report of a car fire at 6:03 p.m. Sunday at 52 Russell St. An officer reported a vehicle fully engulfed and the road closed.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 3:48 p.m. Sunday at Latitude Sports Club at 194 Newbury St.


REVERE

Arrest

Angi Salinas, 21, of 61 Prescott Ave., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 5:08 p.m. Sunday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 1:59 p.m. Sunday on Highland Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:22 p.m. Sunday on Newman Street; at 11:29 p.m. Sunday at McDonalds on Squire Road.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 7:35 p.m. Sunday on Emanuel Street.

A report of shots fired at 8:11 p.m. Sunday on Broadway.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 6:14 p.m. on Mountain Avenue.


SAUGUS

Arrests

Karina Lee Brown, of 640 Palmer Ave., Falmouth, was arrested and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, armed robbery and failure to appear upon recognizance at 1:05 p.m. Friday.

Amilcar Chavez-Lopez, of Chelsea, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 5:43 p.m. Friday.

Tanya Codero, of 75 Arthur St., Quincy, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise over $250 at 3:49 p.m. Saturday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 2:48 p.m. Saturday on Main Street Overpass.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 6:52 p.m. Saturday at Kmart at 180 Main St.; at 1:11 a.m. Monday at Patty’s Auto Parts at 140 Salem Turnpike. A caller reported a one-car motor vehicle accident into a pole with ejection. One person was transported to Mass General Hospital.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 6:45 a.m. Monday at 5 Heatherwood Circle; at 7:28 a.m. Monday at 73 Hammersmith Drive.

Complaints

A report of icy road conditions at 8:41 a.m. Saturday on Salem Turnpike.

A report of a fight at 12:15 p.m. Saturday at Kmart at 180 Main St.

A report of a disturbance at 7:33 p.m. Saturday at 201 Forest St.; at 10:15 p.m. Sunday at 82 Newhall Ave.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 11:17 a.m. Friday at Eastern Bank at 605 Broadway; at 6:08 p.m. Saturday at LA Fitness at 1450 Broadway. A caller reported his locker was broken into and his cellphone and car keys are missing; at 7:42 p.m. Saturday at LA Fitness at 1450 Broadway. A man reported his locker was broken into and his wedding ring and wallet with $500 in cash are missing.

A report of a larceny of a motor vehicle at 7:56 p.m. Saturday at LA Fitness at 1450 Broadway. A man who earlier reported his car keys missing reported his vehicle is now gone from the parking lot. The vehicle was reported found at 7:23 p.m. Sunday in the Lowe’s Parking lot at 1500 Broadway. The man reported his driver’s license, $40 in cash and a $200 visa gift card were stolen from inside the vehicle; at 3:09 a.m. Monday at 2301 Lewis O. Gray Drive.


SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Robert Finkenhaur, 79, of 79 Haviland Ave., Lynn, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, second offense, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 6:22 p.m. Sunday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:50 a.m. Saturday at 89 Redington St.; at 12:04 p.m. Saturday at Burrill and Essex streets.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 1:34 p.m. Saturday at 11 Eastern Ave.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 5:48 a.m. Friday on Capen Road. A caller reported walking a dog at Stop & Shop and hearing what sounded like gunshots from the cemetery area. The incident was unfounded; at 12:09 p.m. Saturday at 1 Loring Ave. A caller reported seeing men in a vehicle, with one of them injecting something into his arm with a needle.

A report of a disturbance at 6:40 p.m. Friday at 435 Paradise Road. A caller reported a customer wanted to fight the store clerk and fled towards Salem.

A report of a tree down, blocking a travel lane with unknown wires involved at 1:04 p.m. Sunday on Salem Street.

A report of a tree limb down at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at 59 Pine St. DPW was notified.

A report of an unknown wire hanging from a utility pole at 2:17 p.m. Sunday at Alden and Deer Cove roads.
