Arrests

Donna Davis-Camp, 46, of 48 Verdmont Ave., was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee at 2:35 a.m. Monday.

Jackie Norwood, 28, of 244 Chatham St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 11:32 a.m. Monday.

Pablo Santos, 30, of 26 West Green St., was arrested and charged with failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, OUI liquor, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 12:06 a.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:52 p.m. Monday at Atlantic and Ocean avenues.

Assaults

A report of an assault at 6:26 p.m. Monday on Humphrey Street. A mother called to report her son was a victim of an assault and battery that took place a month ago at school. The incident was dealt with at the school and the other person was suspended.

Complaints

A report of a motor vehicle damaged by a tree at 3:38 p.m. Monday on Weston Road. A vehicle was damaged during a storm the night before. Damage was done by a tree that broke the windshield and left a baseball size dent on the caller’s roof.

A report of an explosion and light flash at 9:06 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of Longview Drive. Two calls were received reporting a loud explosion with the callers seeing a bright flash of light. Officers were unable to locate anything out of order.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday at Chandler’s Ice Cream at 86 Andover St.

Complaints

A report of an unwanted person at 4:29 p.m. Monday at 16 Jacobs St.

A report of a disturbance at 5:26 p.m. Monday at 16 Country St.; at 11:53 p.m. Monday at 117 Tremont St.; at 12:47 a.m. Tuesday at 149R Main St.

A report of a tree branch down blocking the road at 6:41 p.m. Monday at 12 Dartmouth St.

A report of drug violations at 12:53 a.m. Tuesday at 127 Washington St. A caller reported finding drugs in his apartment. An officer reported recovering an empty prescription bottle and approximately a thimble sized amount of marijuana. Officer destroyed marijuana and discarded the bottle.

A report of an icy road by the pond at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday on Bartholomew Street.

A report of glass and metal on the road at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Valley Circle.
