A report of suspicious activity at 12:59 p.m. Sunday on Creesy Street. A caller reported sometime Saturday night, she heard a group of kids (who are out there almost every Saturday night from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.) outside her window and she heard one of the kids come towards the window, possibly trying to get in. She stated that one of the other kids with the group said “hey, I think someone is home,” and the group left. She was advised to call the next time something like that happens to find out who the parties are and to disperse them.
A report of mopeds in the roadway at 6:25 p.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue and Treat Road. A caller reported two kids on mopeds operating in the middle of the roadway.
A report of an attempted break-in at 8:46 a.m. Monday on State Street. A caller reported that someone may have attempted to break into her house. No property was stolen. An officer reported no signs of a break-in.

A report of Facebook hacked as part of an ongoing harassment issue at 4:50 p.m. Monday on Brackett Place.
A report of a man entering a business early at 6:58 p.m. Monday on Washington Street. A caller reported that at 5:30 a.m., a man entered the business unannounced and without knocking. He appeared to be a white male in his 30s, around 5’10, of medium build and with gray hair. The merchant stated the man said that the business was the only one open on the street and he was from Google. He was holding a note pad and said he was looking to see if they needed any computer work done. The merchant said she asked him to leave.
Fire
A report of a brush fire at 2:51 p.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Old Salem Road. A small illegal cooking fire had been started and was extinguished.
Theft
A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 9:20 a.m. Monday on Franklin Street. A caller reported her pocketbook was stolen by a female officer on Feb. 26.
A report of stolen wood cord at 10:08 a.m. Monday on Naugus Avenue. A caller reported one fourth of wood cord was stolen from her property and she wanted to make a log. She did not want an officer to respond, but just wanted to inform police for extra watch.

Brian D. Wilson, 50, of 4 Spring Road, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating after revocation of registration, an unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards at 6:03 p.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle complaint at 8:32 a.m. Monday in the vicinity of 165 Willow Road and 12 Summer St. A walk-in reported that a black Chevy Tahoe with damage on the driver’s side just sped down Willow Road at approximately 50 mph, heading from the Wharf toward Valley Road.
A report of a wind surfer in distress at 4:23 p.m. Monday at Tides Restaurant at 2 Wilson Road. Officers, fire and ambulance were dispatched. An officer reported that fire made contact with the wind surfer and he is OK.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 2:52 p.m. Monday at Macy’s at 210M Andover St. A caller reported her pocketbook was stolen; at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday at 51 Tracey St. An officer reported a broken window, stolen purse and Brazilian passport.
A report of a past breaking and entering at 8:56 p.m. Monday at 6 Fountain St. The incident was three months ago and the investigation is ongoing.

A caller reported that a package delivered is missing and that her neighbor was yelling at her after being accused of having it. The officer spoke with the resident and she cannot prove that the neighbor has the package. She was advised that she can apply for a harassment order at District Court if she chooses.
A report of illegal dumping at 7:26 p.m. Monday at 1 Hathaway Ave. A caller reported a television dumped on the sidewalk; at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday at Peabody Coffee House at 59 Walnut St. The owner reported a party trying to throw a rug into her dumpster.
A report of suspicious activity at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. John’s Church at 19 Chestnut St. A caller reported the homeless drinking in the warming center. A deacon reported the discovery of homeless individuals mixing drinks in the bathroom. A warning was issued that there would be no further similar episodes or they would lose their warming center privilege.
Overdose
A report of an overdose at 9:40 p.m. Monday on Antonio Drive. The male was transported to Union Hospital by Atlantic Ambulance.
