LYNN

Arrests

Jeffrey Barteaux, of 3 Fosdick Terrace, was arrested on a warrant charge of armed robbery at 9:09 a.m. Thursday.

Erick Casey, 33, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering nighttime for a felony, larceny from building and trespassing at 3:22 a.m. Thursday.

Sophornara Chan, 27, of 38 Brimblecom St., was arrested and charged on protective custody at 11:07 p.m. Wednesday.

Elise Doherty, of 23 Carr Road, Saugus, was arrested on a warrant charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 10:55 a.m. Thursday.

Jose Figueroa, 26, of 29 Chase St., was arrested and charged with trespassing and violation of the open container law at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Jennifer Fiorentino, 31, of 5 Oak Island St., Revere, was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee at 8:41 p.m. Wednesday.

Bernard Llano, 27, of 12 Greenleaf Circle, was arrested and charged with trespassing and violation of the open container law at 4:53 p.m. Wednesday.

Colleen Mcquaid, 41, of 706 Summer St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct, witness intimidation and on a warrant at 11:43 a.m. Thursday.

Loretta Thomas, of 11 Earlene Drive, Saugus, was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class E drug at 12:08 a.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday at English High School at 50 Goodridge St.; at 7:15 a.m. Thursday at 333 Chestnut St.; at 9:02 a.m. Thursday at Market and Tremont streets; at 11:28 a.m. Thursday at Little Caesars at 24 Union St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday at Goodwin Circle at 867 Lynnfield St.; at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at Western Avenue and Whiting Street; at 4:46 a.m. Thursday at 331 Chestnut St.; at 9:22 a.m. Thursday at 116 Green St.; at 11:03 a.m. Thursday at Haddington Place and Summer Street; at 1 p.m. Thursday at Chestnut and Union streets.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 7:06 p.m. Wednesday at Bloomfield and Chatham streets.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 2 p.m. Wednesday on Andrew Street; at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday on Parkland Avenue; at 1:56 p.m. Thursday on North Common Street.

A report of an assault at 1:33 a.m. Thursday on Liberty Street.

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 8:08 a.m. Thursday at 51 Wardwell Ave.


LYNNFIELD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 5:56 p.m. Sunday on Summer Street; at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at 647 Summer St. and 1 Trickett Road. Two people were transported to Union Hospital; at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday on Condon Circle; at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday at 771 Salem St. One person was transported to Whidden Memorial Hospital.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:34 a.m. Monday at 275 N Broadway; at 2:52 a.m. Tuesday on 128 South Exit 43; at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday on Brook Drive.

Complaints

A report of a baby deer in the parking lot at 4 p.m. Sunday at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. Animal Control responded and assisted the deer back to the woods.

A report of suspicious activity at 5:28 p.m. Sunday at 662 Salem St. A resident reported white powder spread behind her garage. An officer reported it appeared to be fertilizer.

A report of a fox in the area at 2:48 p.m. Monday on Walnut Street.

A report of a disturbance at 10:03 p.m. Monday at Lynnfield Commons at 375 N Broadway; at 1:18 a.m. Tuesday at 6 Olde Towne Road; at 10:11 a.m. Tuesday on Lynnbrook Road; at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday at 15 Hutchins Circle.

A report of a man lying in grass at 12:29 a.m. Tuesday on 128 S on ramp.

A report of an injured duck at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday at 694 Main St. and 1 Saunders Road.

A report of a suspicious person at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday at 89 Crest Road. A caller reported a man came to the door, rang the bell and asked her daughter if he could use the telephone.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 8:27 p.m. Sunday at Legal C Bar at 220 Market St.; at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday at Victoria’s Secret at 710 Market St.


MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Apolonio Chilel, 32, of 119 Beacon Hill Ave., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Pleasant and Village streets. Apolonio Chilel, 32, of Lynn, was arrested.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday on Market Square.

Complaints

A report of a kayaker on a ledge at 7:54 a.m. Wednesday on Front Street. A caller reported a kayaker up on the ledge near Fort Beach and thought the person was in need of assistance. The Harbormaster checked on the man who was enjoying his morning but did not seem right. An officer reported the kayaker was changing and going to work, and all was OK.

A report of noises at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday on Leicester Road. A caller from Boston reported her daughter is home alone and believes she heard someone in the house. The daughter described the noise as being “loud bangs and sounded like someone was walking around.” An officer checked the house and nothing was found.

A report of a disturbance at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday on Widger Road.

A report of an attempted break at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday on Brook Road. A caller reported it appears someone tried to “punch in the screen door” of his house. He does not think entry was made. An officer reported no signs of entry.

A report of suspicious activity at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday on Marion Road. A caller reported people getting in a car and a possible drug exchange. An officer could not locate the vehicle.


PEABODY

Accidents

A report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday at 28 Tremont St. A woman was struck and one person was transported to Salem Hospital.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday at 13 Stevens St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:59 p.m. Wednesday at 363 Lowell St. and 2 Prospect St. A woman was transported to Salem Hospital; at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquire Drive.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 12:58 a.m. Thursday at 2 Rockdale Park; at 11:50 a.m. Thursday at 2 Rockdale Park. A caller reported a neighbor threw a trash barrel across the yard.  

A report of a skunk roaming the area with a cup struck on its head at 3:06 a.m. Thursday at 133 Main St. and 2 Pierpont St. An officer was able to remove the cup.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 10:32 a.m. Thursday at 39 Cross St. An officer reported three different doctors’ offices had their specimen containers stolen.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday at 47 Tremont St. A caller reported vandalism to a piece of equipment; at 9:38 a.m. Thursday at 6 Fairview Ave. A caller reported damage to his window, possibly from a BB gun.


REVERE

Arrest

Louis M. Guido, 53, of 176 Broadway, Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:18 a.m. Wednesday on Broadway; at 10:14 a.m. Wednesday on Copeland Circle; at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday at Tedeschi Food Shops on Beach Street; at 11:33 a.m. Wednesday on Brown Circle; at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday on Copeland Circle.

Assaults

A report of an assault at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday on Campbell Avenue; at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday on North Shore Road; at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday at Lee’s Trailer Park on Revere Beach Parkway.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 9:08 a.m. Wednesday at Select Car Rental on VFW Parkway; at 2:48 p.m. Wednesday on Squire Road.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 10:46 a.m. Wednesday on Everett Paine Boulevard. A window was vandalized.


SWAMPSCOTT

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday at 145 Paradise Road. Car into house reported. An officer reported the car didn’t hit the house but went over a hydrant and ended up in a driveway.

A report of an assault at 1:52 p.m. Wednesday on Forest Avenue.
