Lindsay Ellis, 28, of 619 Plymouth St., Whitman, was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee at 9:56 p.m. Thursday.

Nicholas Gobiel, 24, of 26 High Rock St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with mayhem, assault, and assault with a dangerous weapon at 9:26 a.m. Friday.

Randi Pelkey, 36, of 30 Lone Pine Drive, Sabattus, Maine, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealment at 4:01 p.m. Thursday.

Latarteana Williams, 19, of 7B Baldwin St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 7:38 p.m. Thursday.
