LYNN — The basement of a three-story house at 72 Keslar Ave. caught fire Monday morning.
Lynn District Fire Chief Stephen Archer said a small fire of an unknown origin began in the basement of the dwelling. Residents kept the door closed, which contained the blaze. It was extinguished before fire crews arrived. Archer said the fire is under investigation.
