REVERE — Sheldon Fulbeck, 39, has been identified as the man who was seen watching a woman undressing in a Target unisex changing room on Furlong Drive, according to police.
Fulbeck, of Rhode Island, was seen allegedly looking over the dividing wall in the changing room.
As a result of a release being sent out about the man, Revere Police received a phone call about his identity. Following an investigation, a warrant for Fulbeck’s arrest was issued charging him with accosting/annoying a person of the opposite sex, disorderly person and trespassing.
“The person that alerted us to his identity knows Mr. Fulbeck personally,” Revere Police Lt. Amy O’Hara wrote in an email.
Fulbeck was in Attleboro District Court Tuesday for an unrelated, but similar case, and was arrested. He was held on $5,000 cash bail and was transported to the Dartmouth House of Correction. He is expected to be arraigned in Chelsea District Court soon, O’Hara said.
