PEABODY — A four-alarm fire at a triple-decker at 17 Littles Lane on Friday, June 17, was caused by a child with a lighter, according to State Fire Marshal Peter Ostroskey. The child who set the fire will be referred to the Lynn Juvenile Firesetting Intervention Program. No one was injured in the fire, but 15 people were displaced. Smoke alarms alerted the third floor tenant, who helped get other occupants safely out of the building, the fire marshal said.
