LYNN

Arrests

Damien Earp, of 12 Cannon View Circle, was arrested on warrant charges of armed burglary, larceny more than $250, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 5:06 a.m. Wednesday.

John Furey, 33, of 334 Walnut St., was arrested on warrant charges of larceny less than $250 and shoplifting by asportation at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday.

Daniel Jourdet, 59, of 81 Whiting St., was arrested and charged on protective custody at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday.

Nelson Mora, 23, of 68 Hillside Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing at 1:18 p.m. Wednesday.

Gabrielle Rohde, of 13 Barnard Hawkes Court, Marblehead, was arrested on a warrant charge of possession of a Class A drug at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Ana Vanegas, 57, of 41 Laighton St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday at 63 Warren St.; at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday at Henry and Western avenues; at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday at Eastern Avenue and Superior Street; at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at 1000 Western Ave.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 12:42 a.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Street.

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday at 15 Morris St.; at 12:51 a.m. Wednesday at Barrett and Boston streets.

A report of vandalism at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday at 60 River St.; at 11:09 p.m. Tuesday at 195 Western Ave.


MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday at Tedesco and West streets.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 9:41 p.m. Tuesday on Flint Street. A woman arrived home from her four-day vacation to find her house had been broken into and jewelry is missing; at 11:57 p.m. Tuesday on Smith Street. A commercial burglar alarm showed side door motion with no contact made. Officers reported a break that was interrupted by the owner of the store. A witness observed a man in a light-colored SUV leave the area.

Complaints

A report of a person looking for advice at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street. A woman reported damaged property from an arrow. She has no idea when it happened and no idea what she wants to do.

A report of someone pulling all of the flags out of the gravesites in the back of the cemetery at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday on Lafayette Street. The caller reported she has replaced them but wanted extra patrols in the area.

A report of suspicious activity at 7:11 p.m. Tuesday on Wyman Road. A caller reported there was a group of kids walking into the woods in Seaside Park wearing “rasta” type clothing and listening to “weird banjo music.” He stated they may have been smoking “reefer” and that he couldn’t smell it but it looked like they were “smoking out of a bong.” The caller identified himself as Michelangelo and when asked to verify his number, he laughed and a group could be heard laughing. He then hung up.

A report of a group of kids lighting off fireworks at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday at Mohawk Road and Pleasant Street. A caller reported she was staying at her mother’s house for the last two weeks and every night, a group of kids are lighting off fireworks. She stated that “it is unacceptable for people to light fireworks off in this kind of neighborhood” and she is concerned that it might cause an issue when she goes to rent the house.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 8:11 a.m. Tuesday on Smith Street.


PEABODY

Arrest

Julia Cagno, 23, of 474 Revere Beach Blvd., Revere, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise more than $100 at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday at 45 Central St.; at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday at 111 Central St. and 2 Wilson Terrace.

A report of a police motor vehicle accident at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday at Peabody District Court at 1 Lowell St.

Complaints

A report of a man laying down on the basketball court at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday at Farnham Park on Endicott Street. An officer reported the man was taking a nap.

Fire

A report of a car fire at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at 192 Lowell St. and 1 Columbus Road.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday at Brooksby Village at 100 Brooksby Village Drive. Security reported that an employee had money stolen from their locker. The employee reported that $325 was taken from the break room; at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. A stolen bike was reported.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday at 1 Naumkeag Road.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday on Malden Street; at 8:54 a.m. Tuesday on Brown Circle; at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday on Brown Circle; at 1:51 p.m. Tuesday on Broadway; at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at Darque Tan on American Legion Highway; at 10:09 p.m. Tuesday on Augustus Street. Robert D. Ruiz, 26, of 123 Stevens St., was cited for reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday on Fairfield Street; at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday on Sumner Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday at Square One Mall at 1277 Broadway; at 6:24 a.m. Wednesday at Newhall and Wendell streets.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday at Warren Street and Columbus Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at Central and Hamilton streets. The fire captain reported a two-vehicle crash with occupants of both able to get out on their own. All minors involved were released to their parents. The vehicles were towed.

Fire

A report of an outside fire at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday at 9 Jackson St. A caller from Castle Street reported outside burning from the Jackson Street residence.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday at 120 Fairmount Ave. A man reported that someone stole the saddlebags and seat from his motorcycle.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 6:14 a.m. Wednesday at 15 Aberdeen Ave. A caller reported her vehicle was stolen out of the driveway.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism to a gazebo at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday at New Hope Assembly at 9 Assembly Drive.


SWAMPSCOTT

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday at 1097 Humphrey St. A car into a tree was reported with no apparent injury.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday at 73 Fuller Ave.; at 9:01 p.m. Tuesday on Brooks Terrace. A caller reported kids driving crazy on dirt bikes; at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday at Phillips Beach at 199 Ocean Ave. Fireworks complaint; at 9:43 p.m. Tuesday on Jessie Street. More fireworks were reported.
