LYNN

Arrests

Michael Bochicchio, of 187 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested on warrant charges of possession of a Class A drug, larceny more than $250 and receiving stolen property more than $250 at 3:09 p.m. Monday.

Saul Deleon, of 98 Henry Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery, threat to commit crime, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and breaking and entering nighttime for a felony at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday.

Christopher Desilva, 38, of 42 Gage St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and failure to signal at 11:49 a.m. Monday.

Lisa Freeland, 48, of 28 Franklin St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery in the presence of a police officer and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 2:46 p.m. Monday.

Jackeline Hernandez, of 32 Elm St., was arrested on warrant charges of threat to commit a crime, assault and battery on a correction officer, larceny more than $250 and receiving stolen property more than $250 at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday.

Robert Lopilato, of 100 Willow St., was arrested on a warrant charge of malicious wanton property defacement at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday.

Michael McAleer, 39, of 5 Dana St., was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday.

Milca Medrano, 36, of 2 Kingsley Terrace, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm without a firearm identification card, distribution of a Class A drug and firearm use in a felony at 5:55 p.m. Monday.

Giovanni Monroe, 35, of 501 Washington St., was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice on court at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday.

Natacha Mora, 29, of 100 Newhall St., was arrested and charged on warrant charges of drug possession to distribute and possession of a counterfeit note at 1:19 p.m. Monday.

Omar Nyang, 23, of 7 Carlton St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness intimidation at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday.

Yamil Sepulveda, of 47 Gardner Road, Nahant, was arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery on a disabled person or over age 60 and assault and battery at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 12:41 p.m. Monday at Lynnfield Street and Tuscan Road; at 10:20 p.m. Monday on Tucker Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:58 p.m. Monday at Chestnut and Union streets; at 5:06 p.m. Monday on Western Avenue; at 11:44 p.m. Monday at Boston and Chestnut streets.

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 4:16 p.m. Monday on Washington Street; at 7:24 p.m. Monday on Violet Street; at 9:10 p.m. Monday on Lewis Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 11 a.m. Monday at 53 Springvale Ave.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 11:34 a.m. Monday at 230 Union St.; at 1:37 p.m. Monday at 200 Union St.; at 4:14 p.m. Monday at 69 Lynnway; at 7:03 p.m. Monday at Fran’s Place at 776 Washington St.; at 7:17 p.m. Monday at CVS at 200 S Common St.; at 8:14 p.m. Monday at 86 Fayette St.; at 8:20 p.m. Monday at Tedeschi Food Shop at 210 Lewis St.; at 8:21 p.m. Monday at 20 Park St.

A report of a gunshot at 11:49 p.m. Monday at Mall Street and Western Avenue.

Theft

A report of motor vehicle theft at 1:08 p.m. Monday at 35 Clark St.

A report of a larceny at 1:32 p.m. Monday at 52 Conomo Ave.; at 9:07 p.m. Monday at 145 Lewis St.; at 9:33 p.m. Monday at 21 Grove St.


MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Atlantic and Ocean avenues.

Complaints

A report of an angry Amazon driver at 1:17 p.m. Monday at Orne Street and Gas House Lane. A woman reported she was attempting to go past an Amazon delivery person when apparently she was going “too slow for him” because he started “yelling, screaming and swearing” at her as she passed. An officer spoke with the van driver who stated that he did not do anything.

A report of a scooter riding on the lawn at 7:41 p.m. Monday on Wyman Road.

A report of eggs thrown at 2:57 a.m. Tuesday on Humphrey Street. A caller reported four occupants in a four-door sedan threw eggs at his car and struck him with something soft. He is uninjured. The right front passenger was wearing a white bandana on his face. They yelled “you pussy.” A disturbance was then heard in the area of Endicott Street near the golf course and a car was egged.

Fire

A report of an outside fire at 8:26 p.m. Monday on Smith Street. A caller reported a group of kids behind the school with a fire going. An officer reported it appeared to be a neighbor’s fire pit with no signs of any kids in the woods.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 8:59 a.m. Monday on Humphrey Street.


PEABODY

Arrests

Martin B. Andruskiewicz, 62, of 1 Bresnahan St., was arrested and charged with public drinking at 6:19 p.m. Monday.

Kenny Chhith, 20, of 37 Upham Road, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device, speeding in special regulation violation, possession of a firearm or ammunition in a dwelling and leaving a firearm in a vehicle at 3:15 p.m. Monday.

Debra L. Cole, 43, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 48, was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle and malicious destruction of property more than $250 at 7:51 a.m. Tuesday.

Bryan M. Dentremont, 54, of 158 Lowell St., was arrested on a warrant at 4:35 p.m. Monday.

Aristedes J. Krisko, 25, of 12 Wheatland St., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 5:17 p.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 2:05 p.m. Monday at 219 Bartholomew St.; at 5:57 p.m. Monday on Main Street; at 7:10 p.m. Monday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St.; at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday at Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:31 a.m. Tuesday at 230 Lynn St.; at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday at 150 Lowell St.  

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 11:06 p.m. Monday at 19A Central St.; at 11:07 p.m. Monday on Truman Road; at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday at Plaza Motel at 22 Johnson St.

Theft

A report of a larceny at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rosewood Nursing Home at 22 Johnson St.; at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday at JRM Hauling and Recycling Services at 277 Newbury St. A manager reported a past employee used a company credit card without authorization; at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday at 111 Foster St. A woman reported a stolen purse.

Vandalism

A report of a woman breaking windows on her ex-boyfriend’s car at 7:51 a.m. Tuesday. Debra L. Cole was arrested.


REVERE

Arrests

John K. Ayala, 22, of 55 E Mountain Ave., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 8:35 p.m. Monday.

Sergio Nunez-Ortez, 19, of 34 Barrett St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:10 a.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:20 p.m. Monday on Victoria Street; at 4:32 p.m. Monday on Mahoney Circle; at 7:47 p.m. Monday at Hillside Avenue and Revere Beach Parkway.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run accident at 3:41 p.m. Monday on Thornton Street; at 8:30 p.m. Monday at Marshalls on VFW Parkway; at 8:35 p.m. Monday at Moose Club on Broadway.

Assaults

A report of an assault at 1:13 p.m. Monday on Crystal Avenue.

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 2:03 a.m. Monday on Revere Street; at 4:03 p.m. Monday at Registry of Motor Vehicles on Everett Street; at 7:38 p.m. Monday on Beach Road; at 7:39 p.m. Monday at Peter’s Super Beef on North Shore Road; at 11 p.m. Monday at Gasco Oil on Broadway; at 11:14 p.m. Monday at Showcase Cinemas on Squire Road.

Theft

A report of a larceny from a motor vehicle at 2:01 p.m. Monday on Mill Street; at 4:30 p.m. Monday on Vane Street.

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 6:05 p.m. Monday on Bradstreet Avenue.


SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:58 a.m. Monday on Essex Street.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday at 40 Juniper Drive. A woman reported her neighborhood has been getting egged for the past two weeks and she has two males on camera.

Fire

A report of an outside fire at 5:46 p.m. Monday at 1003 Rockwood Drive. A caller reported two kids operating a grill on the porch causing smoke to get into their apartment. The owner agreed to remove the grill off of the balcony.

Theft

A report of an unarmed robbery at 11:14 a.m. Monday at CVS at 1075 Broadway. An employee reported she was robbed by a white female in her 20s, about 5’4 with pale skin, a green hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap, sunglasses, and last seen running towards Main Street. No weapon was shown as her hands were in her pockets. Money was taken from the register. Officers were unable to locate the woman.


SWAMPSCOTT

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 2:57 p.m. Monday at Vinnin Mobil at 525 Paradise Road; at 7:14 p.m. Monday on Willow Terrace. A caller reported the second house on the right has a large number of youths yelling and swearing in the area; at 8:56 p.m. Monday at Depot at 10 Railroad Ave. An unruly passenger was reported; at 3:39 a.m. Tuesday on Jessie Street.

A report of suspicious activity at 9:51 p.m. Monday on Monument Avenue. A caller reported a man on a bicycle almost hit her car.
