SAUGUS — The town-wide parking ban was lifted at noon Monday. The ban, which went into effect at 10 p.m. on Sunday, was previously expected to last until 6 a.m. on Tuesday.
Trash and recycling collection was canceled Monday. Collection will then run on a one-day delay from Tuesday through Saturday this week.
