SALEM — A judge on Monday afternoon postponed Lynn’s Tuesday special election after city officials raised concerns about how an onrushing blizzard will affect voting.
Superior Court Justice Peter Lauriat did not set a new date for the election, deferring that decision to Lynn’s City Council. The ballot question asks voters to decide if two new middle schools should be built in Lynn and if they approve a property tax debt exclusion to pay for the project.
