REVERE — The Revere Police Department is thanking Lt. Carl Ruggiero for 30 years of dedicated service after his recent retirement.
Ruggiero was promoted to sergeant in January 1994. He was promoted to lieutenant in 2002. He was appointed to executive officer in February 2012.
