Patient Care Solutions, a nationally-accredited home health agency, has donated $5,000 to My Brother’s Table, one of the largest soup kitchens on the North Shore.
“We are happy to contribute and sponsor the fine work they do,” said Debbie Sheridan, clinical services director.
On August 10, the nonprofit will hold its annual Summer Party, a fundraiser at Spinelli’s in Lynnfield, to support its mission of providing food for those in need.
My Brother’s Table has provided more than 3 million hot, free meals and outreach to men, women and children. Last year alone, they served 140,000 meals because of the generosity of donors.
The event at Spinelli’s is a chance to not only support a worthy cause, but to sample food from the North Shore’s restaurants, enjoy fine wines, desserts and live music, Sheridan said.
There will be raffles for wine, Boston Red Sox tickets, travel,
gift certificates, entertainment passes and more.
