Arrests

Jarrod Bates, 37, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 6:34 a.m. Thursday.

Mark Burge, 56, homeless, was arrested and charged with drinking in public and resisting arrest at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday.

Christina Lupoli, 30, was arrested and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and armed robbery at 8:52 a.m. Thursday.

Jeffrey Nelson, 32, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 12:37 a.m. Thursday.

Anna O’Doherty, 27, of 135 Ocean St., was arrested and charged with Class E drug possession, trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and armed robbery at 8:54 a.m. Thursday.

Wellington Pena, 42, of 73 Grant St., was arrested on warrant charges of trespassing and Class A drug possession at 2:17 a.m. Wednesday.

Adalberto Sarita, 19, of 9 Prince St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled and destruction of property at 8:17 a.m. Thursday.

Herbert Smith, 28, was arrested and charged with two counts of conspiracy, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, shoplifting by asportation, receiving stolen property, Class A drug possession and assault with a dangerous weapon at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday.

Sandra Werner, 50, of 14 Cross St., was arrested and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, threat to commit a crime and assault and battery on a police officer at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Elizabeth M. Hayes, 41, of 18 Park Ave., Winchester, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday.

Accidents

A moving truck brought a tree down at 3:47 p.m. Wednesday at Peach Highlands. A caller reported a mover’s truck struck a tree and it fell down, blocking half of the road. The driver reportedly got out, looked at the damage and left.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9 p.m. Wednesday on Humphrey Street. A caller reported another car went onto the wrong side of the road and crashed into her car. She had two young children in her car, but they were uninjured. The mother in the other car was reportedly teaching her daughter night driving.

Complaints

A caller reported her air conditioner was plugged in and she could not get to work, as she was terrified of an electrical fire at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday on Franklin Street. Police reported they were unable to resolve the air conditioner problem.

A caller reported kids were walking around with backpacks at 1:14 a.m. Thursday on Tidewinds Terrace.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday on Colgate Road. A caller reported she went into Equifax to freeze accounts and discovered that a loan was taken out for an auto under her husband’s name in 2014.

Kimberlie R. Kelley, 28, of 12 Glendale Circle, Wilmington, was arrested and charged with two counts of Class A drug possession, Class B drug possession and on warrants at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday.

A report of a disturbance at 2:58 a.m. Tuesday at Richland Convenience Store on Nahant Road.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 11:19 p.m. Wednesday on Nahant Road.

Theft

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 8:02 a.m. Monday on Vernon Street.

Joseph A. Fico, 30, of 50 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, leaving the scene of property damage, Class A drug possession, improper operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday.

Robert Sawall, 32, of 12 Martin St., Apt. 2, Danvers, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and Class D drug possession with intent to distribute at 8:37 p.m. Wednesday.
