LYNN — A taxi cab driver told police he was robbed at gunpoint after picking up a fare early Wednesday morning.
The 61-year-old cab driver told police he was robbed of a small amount of cash by a man in the area of Rogers Avenue, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
The cab driver had picked up the suspect on Broad Street, who reportedly showed a gun and robbed him inside the cab once he got to Rogers Avenue, Kmiec said.
The incident is under investigation.
