LYNN — Linden Market was robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday night for the second time in less than a month.
Police responded to the 617 Summer St. convenience store shortly before 8 p.m. and learned that a masked man came into the store, pointed a handgun at the 53-year-old male clerk and demanded money, Lynn Police Lt. Michael Kmiec said.
The man took money out of the cash register and lottery tickets before leaving the store, Kmiec said.
The incident is under investigation and no arrests have been made.
Linden Market was also robbed at gunpoint on Oct. 30. A man wearing a black hooded coat who came into the store, showed a handgun and demanded cash from the register.
