Multiple Malden, Medford indictments recorded

MALDEN — These following  indictments involving Malden or Medford arrests of residents of those communities in other cities and towns were handed down by grand juries empaneled by Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan and announced this week. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

— Anthony Machado, 44, of Medford, was charged with arson and burning personal property in connection with an incident in Everett.

The following indictments were connected to arrests made in Malden:

— Anthony Branch, 32, of Lynn, was charged with home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, violating a restraining order, and being a habitual criminal (five counts).

— Phillip Brooks, 46, of Malden, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, strangulation, assault and battery, and threatening to commit a crime.

— Brian Casey, 46, of Arlington, was charged with violating a restraining order (two counts).

— Christian Flores, 32, of Malden, was charged with aggravated rape of a child (three counts), rape of a child by force (three counts), and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14.

— Patrick Joseph, 32, of Malden, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, subsequent offense, possession of ammunition without a license, subsequent offense, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and being an armed career criminal (two counts).

— Julius Sanders, 28, of Saugus, was charged with rape.

The following indictments were connected to arrests made in Medford:

— Andrew Rossetti, 30, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender (two counts), subsequent offense.

— Gail Blanchard, 42, of Quincy, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate the drug laws, and attempting to commit a crime.

— James Frederick, 57, of Medford, was charged with arson of a dwelling.

— Michael Kelley, 26, of Quincy, was charged with conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

— William Reardon, 57, of Quincy, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense.

In a Somerville arrest, Derrik Pannesi, 23, of Medford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a large capacity weapon (two counts), possession of a firearm without a license, improper storage of a firearm where a person under the age of 18 has access, and being an armed career criminal (three counts).

In a Waltham arrest, Miguel Interiano-Vivas, 32, of Malden, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine and conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
