A three-story brick apartment building off of Lynn Common has been sold to an Everett investor for $3 million, according to the Southern Essex County Registry of Deeds.
The 21-unit complex at 81 Whiting St. was purchased by Barry Carr LLC, an entity managed by Carl W. Eberth, Franz W. Ebert, and Louis J. Difronzo.
It was sold by Los Angeles-based Chiron-Mass 2 LLC, a division of Chiron Investments LLC, which purchased the property for $2.75 million in 2016.
The 118-year-old building is assessed at $2.4 million by the city.
