Arrests

Rony Gomez-Lopez, 37, of 431 Summer St., was arrested on a courtesy booking at 7:50 a.m. on Friday.

David Harder, 54, of 846 Broadway, Saugus, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of property damage, and neglectful operation of a motor vehicle at 7:37 p.m. on Thursday.

Devinya Robinson, 21, of 60 Garland St., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with multiple crimes including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and breaking and entering at 4:41 a.m. on Friday.

Luis Torres, of 31 Franklin St., was arrested on multiple warrant charges including larceny over $250, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed assault to murder, and armed robbery at 12:21 p.m. on Friday.

Andre Trip, 29, of 547 Essex St., was arrested and charged with class B drug possession along with warrants for possession of a firearm without an FID card and unlawful and improper storage of a firearm.

Lynda M. Omar, 44, of 50 Snow Lane, Sandown, N.H., was arrested and charged with class A drug possession and possession of an unregistered motor vehicle at 79 Lynnfield St. at 10 p.m. on Thursday.

Carlos S. Valentin, 40, of 34 Northern Ave., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 239 Lynn St. at 9:02 a.m. on Friday.

A report of a disturbance at 5 Bragg St. at 4:41 a.m. on Friday.

Vandalism

Jaelinn Goodwin, 20, of 48 Pleasant St., Woburn, was arrested on a warrant charge at 11:40 a.m. on Thursday.

Lydia Danyelle Frostbrophy, 24, of 44 Windsor St., Arlington, was arrested on a warrant charge at 12:41 p.m. on Thursday.

Armando S. Garcia, 29, of 107 Park Drive, Boston, was arrested and charged with operating after license was suspended on Tuttle Street at 12:59 p.m. on Thursday.

James M. Bellard, 37, of 543 Main St., Malden, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, assault and battery, and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor on Lynn Street at 8:20 p.m. on Thursday.

Complaints

A report of suspicious activity on Houston Avenue at 6:46 p.m. on Thursday. Caller reported that a man followed her to her driveway. The man yelled at her for “driving poorly” and claimed to be a Saugus police officer and threatened that officers would be coming to her home. Police advised her to keep and eye out and if she saw him again call the authorities.
