LYNN — The threat of a third nor’easter in the last two weeks has caused the City Council to cancel its Tuesday night meeting at City Hall.

Councilors were expected to discuss zoning for recreational marijuana, and a proposal by Ant Bicycle for a bike sharing program, among other things.

The items will be discussed in the next meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, according to City Council President Darren Cyr.
