Wednesday’s nor-easter may not be as powerful as the first three storms that walloped the North Shore, but there could still be some flooding concerns along the area’s coast. The toll this month’s terrible weather had on area was on full display at Devereux Beach in Marblehead, where piles of beach sand were being restored along the shoreline on Tuesday.
