Jerson Mendez Chilel, 21, of 49 Johnson St., was arrested for OUI liquor, leaving the scene of an accident of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 11:03 p.m. Sunday.
Hunter Rice-Boudreau, 19, of 23 Williams Ave., Wilmington, was arrested as a courtesy booking Monday at 11:09 a.m.
Jonathan Santiago, 35, of 100 Willow St., was arrested for assault and battery on a police officer and assault and battery in the presence of a police officer at 4:10 a.m. on Monday.
Ronald Spraglin, 50, of 23 West Green St., was arrested for destruction of property in excess of $250 on Sunday at 3:58 p.m.

On Sunday at 7:50 a.m., a caller reported his wife fell out of bed at Clifton Heights. She was taken to the North Shore Medical Center in Salem; report of a vehicle with Alabama license plates parked in a no parking zone on Sunday at 8:09 a.m. Officer dispatched and ticketed car; report of an unruly patron on Pleasant Street on Monday at 6:24 a.m.; report of suspicious activity on Colgate Road on Sunday at 11:55 p.m., caller said car parked in front of his home for 30 minutes with its lights on, he doesn’t recognize the vehicle and said the car does not belong to anyone in the neighborhood. Officer reports vehicle was parked in front of a friend’s home and they are leaving; caller reported he lost his wallet at the ballfield on Sunday at 6:59 a.m.

Complaints
On Friday at 10:59 a.m., there was a report of a man in a red jacket with a long beard walking along the Route 1 south median, possibly trying to climb over it. Police spoke with a man fitting the description at the Hillside Mall and who said he had already spoken with State Police and promised to stay off the highway; caller reported a small dog is running around the area at 139 Main St. Animal control officer was contacted who captured the animal on Friday at 1:27 p.m.; caller from Savers reported 20 teens fighting in the parking lot of the business on Friday at 2:13 p.m. Officer arrived but reported there did not appear to be a fight in progress. Officer spoke with five teens behind the high school who say there was supposed to be a fight, but it did not take place.
