LYNN — A man wielding a hypodermic needle as a weapon robbed Cumberland Farms on Chestnut Street early Tuesday morning.
The suspect, a white male, threatened a female clerk with the hypodermic needle at the 668 Chestnut St. store just before 4:30 a.m. and demanded money, said Lynn Police Lt. Mike Kmiec.
The suspect made off with a small amount of cash.
The robbery remains under investigation by the Lynn Police Department.
