UPDATE 7 p.m.: Jose M. “Mad Dog” Echevarria has been found and is home, according to his sister Lorraine Echevarria.
Echevarria, 39, was previously seen by his mother in Lynn around 3 p.m. Sunday, according to his sister. Echevarria then talked to their mother several hours later, and then made a call to his brother around 9 p.m., she said.
Echevarria is 5’7″ tall, has a light brown complexion, a thin, muscular build, long hair, and a black and white tattoo of the Puerto Rican flag on his right arm.
Lorraine Echevarria said the family had not seen or heard from her brother since Sunday evening. She said he has never gone missing before.
